  They did an excellent job at replacing an aerial. The appointment was very prompt and the engineer helpful. The work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard, overall very good service. The engineer certainly went beyond expectations.

  Woke up one Saturday morning and put the TV on and the picture was completely green! Perfect picture but every thing was green. I was horrified thinking I would have to replace it (50 inch LG plasma about 8 years old). Then I thought about Simpsons who had fitted my satellite dish - they were really good and helpful. Waited until 9am and gave them a ring. A man answered (I think he was called Alan) and I explained my problem. He asked me a few questions and then told me what to do with the TV. I hung up the phone, did what he told me to and hey presto it was fixed - magic - couldn't believe it - can't thank him enough. It's good to know that there are still retailers out there who are willing to help when you have a problem and not just sell you a new TV or service - well done Simpsons - brilliant!
