  I was most surprised by the negative review left by the last customer. I have had dealings with Chris Nicholls Motors for the past 13 years, and I have experienced only the highest standards of customer service at all times over this period. Only last week my daughter's Fiat 500 had a software problem, and the team at the garage found the fault, ordered the replacement part and installed it within 48 hours. We just have to accept the fact that all cars can experience mechanical or software failures during their lifetime. However, the critical factor is how it is dealt with by the garage and, on that score, I only have the highest praise for the Chris Nicholls Motors Team.
