  Delighted with the service. Their prices are very reasonable and the photographs I had framed recently look tremendous. I could not fault the quality of the work. I was impressed with the speed at which the job was completed but most importantly I am grateful for the time spent in offering me some excellent and invaluable advice prior to undertaking the job.

  Good frames made to order. Really annoyed by service when was promised a date would be ready for (was a birthday present last year) and the shop closed unexpectedly for over a week without notifying me. Went to pick me frames picture and couldn't get it with no one answering phones or picking up my messages. Fed back that this had caused inconvenience plus late present and multiple drives to shop from Redruth to Penzance and they didn't seem sorry or apologise. Shame as frame was reasonable price but wouldn't use them again after the experience.
